Testing with Hydrogen Tracer Gas
1/ The ISH2000 detector is less expensive than a helium mass spectrometer. It is also easy to use and therefore training of operators typically takes only a few minutes. This adds flexibility in the workforce and to the production process.
2/ The ISH2000 Gas – FET detectors have no moving parts and therefore require no schedule maintenance.
3/ The ISH2000 due to its size can be positioned close to the work station saving valuable work space and time.
4/ The ISH2000 responds in less than a second and is independent of the probe cable length – saving time in locating leaks.
5/ The test gas- 95% nitrogen 5% hydrogen - is between 1/2 to 1/8 the price of helium and readily available in the quantities you require.
