Purpose: Automatically test brazed joints for gas leaks - accept / reject test

Test steps: Apply connectors to object – connect clamp to joint - press start – evacuate air from test object – fill test object with trace gas – draw sample from clamp – measure leak rate – remove trace gas – refill object with air – release clamp

Instruments: Leak Detection Unit LDU100, Sampling Probe AP29, semi-automatic sniffer clamp

Typical leak limit: 0.5 – 5 g/y
