Diesel Filter leak test:

Purpose: To determine total leakage in filter canister

Test steps: Seal ends, Close chamber, Pressurize with trace gas 95% N2 / 5% H2, Accumulate, Draw sample, Analyze and display result, Vent and unclamp.

Instruments: ILS 500, AP29

Typical leak specification for test gas: 0.2 to 2.0 cc/min
